Alongside the ongoing development of West Kowloon Cultural District, cultural and creative industries have increased significantly. Jumbo Kids Theatre and MFwP set our goals in providing high-quality children’s theatrical productions and promoting Children’s Theatre Development in order to cultivate the habit and ability of art appreciation for theatre-goers in Hong Kong.  

 

Jumbo Kids Theatre showcases theatrical productions with half-mask characters while MFwP specializes in manipulation and productions of puppets. Under the three-year venue partnership scheme, both groups work together to provide educational courses, theatrical courses and performances in Ngau Chi Wan Civic Centre, hoping to turn the place into the first children’s theatre in Hong Kong. We strive to plant the seeds of arts appreciation within the community and further emerge art into people’s daily life.
