"Cat Story" is not just a children's play. It is combined with cross-disciplinary course materials and demonstration teaching sharing, making this program a part of the supplementary curriculum. After stimulating students' interest in reading by watching a children's play, they can further use related course materials to produce synergistic effects in different subject areas, so that students can grow in the joy of learning.
In 2023, the Jumbo Kids Theatre collaborated with the Ling To Catholic Primary School to develop the "Children's Theatre and Children's Literature Practice Corresponding Development Pilot Project", and the results were highly praised by the principal, teachers and students.
The curriculum pioneer, Miss. Fung and the Jumbo Kids Theatre are now further promoting this program to primary schools across Hong Kong, allowing more students to contact, practice and experience the process of reading literature, appreciating drama and loving creation from different perspectives through drama.
Life Plans ready, Get Set, Go!
“Life Plans Ready, Get Set, Go!” (Hong Kong Station) competition has come to the final round. The winners can get the sponsors from the world’s top 10 companies to bring their dreams to life. The host, Kristy is now leading two competitors – Sunny and Eunice to get through different financial tests.
There are four different topics in the live competition. They are “Realizing your dreams”, “Implementation”, “Risk management” and “Sustainable development”.
